In this group we meet twice for 45minutes at 8pm EST to ensure that you are properly executing the information for the fast and at a future date for one on one coaching, you will receive strategies for the implementation and future guidance as led by Holy Spirit.  You would also be reminded throughout the day of what tasks you should be doing in order to make your fast successful!
